After 16 wonderful years in the B&B business we have sold and are moving on with our son's busy life. We will remain in Breckenridge, and our new owners will not be running the Evans House as a B&B but will be offering the house for short term rental. We thank you all for such a wonderful experience, as we hope you all had as well, and for the opportunity to allow us a business where we could be home with son in his early years. We loved it, will miss it and will move on with fond memories.
